Greenwoods Camp for Boys is more than just an overnight sleepaway camp. Greenwoods is a community where boys build character, find their confidence, and form friendships that last long after summer ends. As an ACA-accredited overnight camp in Decatur, Michigan, Greenwoods holds itself to the highest standards of safety, programming, and staff training, so parents can feel confident their son is in good hands.

Whether your son is a competitive athlete, a water sports enthusiast, a musician, or a kid still figuring out what he loves, there’s a place for him here. With over 50 activities to choose from, campers build their own summer schedule around their interests and passions. Our elective program lets each boy decide how he wants to show up: competitive campers can plug into sports leagues and tournament play led by highly skilled coaches, while others can focus on skill development, the arts, or anything in between. No two summers look the same, because no two boys are the same.

Greenwoods is also where independence gets built, not handed over. Our counselors, instructors, and directors walk alongside every camper, giving boys the structure and encouragement to step outside their comfort zone and discover who they are.
