Camp Tours

Summer 2025 tours and next summer’s Discovery Day information will be published in May 2026.

DISCOVERY DAY

Discovery Day invites prospective campers, ages 6-11, to participate with other prospective campers in the activities, spirit and excitement of camp! The day begins with separate tours for parents and children.

Afterwards, our counselors accompany prospective campers to participate in a couple activities of their choice such as archery, tubing, crafts, tennis and more! While your child is experiencing the magic of camp, parents will spend time with our directors getting to know more about our program. An outdoor lunch will be served.

If you would like to join the waitlist please email brandon@LWCGWC.com.

TOUR INFORMATION

We schedule small group tours throughout the summer when our program permits. Tours are facilitated by a member of our Leadership Team and are scheduled to start in the morning and last approximately an hour and a half. You will see activities in action, talk with campers and staff, walk through the cabins and facilities, and get a feel for all we have to offer! Your family will also meet with someone on our year-round team to review the application process and get answers to any questions you or your child may have.

Tours dates are offered based on programming. Space is limited for each date offered. Tours are scheduled around our daily schedule, so it is imperative that you arrive on time.

Our 2025 Summer Tours have concluded.

A quick note: Touring camp does not give priority for available spaces in future summers. We attract campers from all over the world and recognize that summer schedules are busy and many families are not able to make the trip to Michigan. We are available to meet virtually in the fall with any families who want to learn more about camp, but can’t come see us in action this summer.

If you have any questions, please email our Program Director, Brandon Lovejoy, at Brandon@LWCGWC.com. We hope to see you this summer!
