Campers agree that the food at camp is great!  Our chefs and bakers work together to provide us with tasty, well-balanced meals.  Each day we have a breakfast bar available with bagels and cream cheese, yogurt and fresh fruit.  A salad bar is available at lunch and dinner daily.   In addition, we have daily alternatives to our main entrée that include sandwich and soup bars at lunch and pasta and baked potato bars at dinner.  We are a tree-nut and peanut aware dining hall so we do not serve any food with nuts.  Below follows a sample menu:

Breakfast
Each morning we serve a hot entrée such as Pancakes (plain and chocolate chip), Omelets, Waffles, Dunkin’ Donuts, French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Muffins and more.  In addition, we have a variety of cereals to choose from daily.

Lunch
Our main dishes rotate daily and include meals such as grilled cheese, hot dogs, chicken tenders, chicken Caesar salad, macaroni and cheese, hamburgers, tacos, make your own sandwiches and more.   In addition to our daily salad bar, we serve fresh fruit with lunch daily.

Dinner
There is nothing like our Great Turkey Dinner, spaghetti with meatballs or vegetarian sauce, Friday Night Pizza, Sunday Night Cabin Cookouts with hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers and s’mores, lasagna, stir fry, baked Italian chicken, BBQ Chicken and many other options.  In addition to our dinner salad bar, we have a pasta bar available every evening at dinner.

Health and Wellness
Rest assured that the safety and well-being of our campers are of primary importance. Our camps surpass the requirements established by the State of Michigan and the Board of Health. We are proud to be accredited by the American Camp Association.
